The Plose in South Tyrol is not just for skiers. Bressanone’s local mountains offers a wide range of tobogganing opportunities to suit both beginners as well as experienced tobogganers. The 9-km “RudiRun” toboggan run is one of the longest in the Alps. The toboggan run offers fun for everyone, and is an absolute must for any visit to the Plose.
But the Plose has even more to offer: for example, toboggan hikes to the Rossalm mountain hut or to Skihütte mountain hut, where you can enjoy the sublime mountain vistas from above, and take refreshment in a cosy hut.

Those who would rather not toboggan can use the many different winter hiking trails and enjoy a sunny winter day enjoying the UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites by foot, either with snowshoes or winter hiking boots. There is a wide selection of hiking trails and guided snowshoe tours, sure to suit everyone’s taste.

If you want to experience pure action and excitement, you have to try the Plosebob. Safely positioned in closed bobsleighs, you thunder downhill on a rail-guided track, overcoming 147 metres in altitude. You decide for yourself whether you want a "hero" ride with a launch catapult or prefer a more leisurely ride. In either case, the rapid bends provide the desired adrenaline rush. The start and finish are at the top station of the Plose cable car. The cable car can be used all year round.
