Arrival and departure:
On the day of arrival your room is at your disposal from 3 pm and we ask you to vacate the room by 11 o’clock on the day of your departure.
Please make sure you arrive before 8 o’clock in the evening, and inform us by telephone if you are held up.

Dogs:
Dogs are only allowed by previous arrangement. Please understand that you cannot take your four-legged friend into the dining areas.

Smoking:
We are a non-smoking house. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the building. You are free to smoke outside if you wish!

Booking:
So that your booking is confirmed, we ask you your credit card number with expiry date.

Conditions of cancellation:
Free 7 days before arrival.

Payment of the bill:
When it comes to paying the bill, we do prefer cash or a cheque. The use of an EC bank card or a credit card (except American Express) is also possible.

Room numbers:
Unfortunately it is not always possible for us to promise you a specific floor, position or room number within a certain category.
