Good food is an essential part of a holiday in South Tyrol and at Hotel Millanderhof in Bressanone and the holiday region of the Isarco Valley. Part owner and chef Michl Knapp has transformed our house into a
hotel for bon vivants!
As a fully-trained cook he is well acquainted with the hearty, traditional cooking of South Tyrol, as well as with the lighter Italian form of Mediterranean cooking and also with the international cuisine. As a
dietician he values a balanced, healthy way of eating and gladly prepares dishes for your personal diet.
Vegetarians and those suffering from
coeliac or
allergic disorders will also enjoy his delicious dishes.
Michl’s recommendations for your holiday:
- A wholesome breakfast buffet with crispy rolls, home-made jams, yoghurt, fruit juices, a wide range of teas, a variety of mueslis, cheese, cold sausage, ham, bacon, freshly-laid eggs and home-made cakes.
- At lunchtime choose from the range of delicious dishes on the lunch menu! On request full-board is available, too.
- In the evening savour our 4-5 course menu, with tasty soups, refined starters, luscious main dishes and fresh salads.
